Hi, I’m Mochamiin—or simply Mocha. I’m a digital and traditional artist studying Multimedia Arts! I enjoy editing, photography, reading and gaming, and I hope to contribute to similar creative projects. Terms of Service𓆩♡𓆪 Delivery & Timeline 𓆩♡𓆪Finished high-resolution artwork will be delivered via Email, Pixieset, or Google Drive.Turnaround Time: The standard completion time is 1 to 3 months.Deadlines: If a specific deadline is required, it must be discussed and agreed upon prior to payment.𓆩♡𓆪 Usage Rights 𓆩♡𓆪Personal Use: Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the artwork for personal purposes (e.g., social media profiles, personal prints).Commercial Use: Commercial rights (e.g., merchandise, branding, advertising) are not included by default. Please contact the artist directly to discuss commercial fees.𓆩♡𓆪 Artist Rights𓆩♡𓆪The artist retains the right to use the commissioned artwork for promotional and portfolio purposes (with a watermark). If you wish for your commission to remain private, please notify the artist during the consultation process.𓆩♡𓆪 Refund & Cancellation Policy 𓆩♡𓆪Refunds are issued based on the current stage of the project:Full Refund: Applicable only if the artist is unable to complete the commission, fails to meet a strictly agreed-upon deadline, or if the client cancels before work has begun.Partial Refund: If a cancellation is requested during the sketching phase, a refund may be issued minus a small processing fee.Cancellation Fee: Once the project moves beyond the sketching phase (lineart, coloring, or rendering), a cancellation fee will apply.
